18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement
All sexually explicit visual content generated by Stuffer.ai is created entirely by artificial intelligence and does not depict real, identifiable human beings engaged in actual sexually explicit conduct. Because no real performers are involved in AI-generated content, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A — which apply to depictions of actual human beings — are not applicable to such wholly synthetic content. To the extent any content is deemed to fall within the scope of these statutes, Stuffer.ai relies on the exemptions available for matter that does not portray actual human beings, and maintains the custodian information set out below.
User-Uploaded Content
Stuffer.ai also allows users to upload images for editing and image-to-video features. Stuffer.ai does not act as the "producer" (as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257) of user-uploaded content. Any user who uploads content depicting a real, identifiable person represents and warrants that every person depicted is at least 18 years old and has given informed consent, and is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including any record-keeping obligations under 18 U.S.C. § 2257.
Prohibited Content
Stuffer.ai strictly prohibits any content that sexualizes a minor, any non-consensual sexual content, and any sexual depiction of a real, identifiable person created without consent, as set out in our Acceptable Use Policy. Suspected child sexual abuse material is blocked, reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and the responsible account is terminated. Violations may be reported via our Report Content page.
