Note: If you directly purchased coins and have already used them on premium AI chat models, only the remaining unused balance will be eligible for refund since we're directly charged by our API provider for the credits you use and they do not offer refunds. If you're requesting a refund for a subscription and used some of the coins that come with the subscription (25% of the subscription amount), those coins will be deducted from the refund amount.
We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the service until the end of the billing period, and no further charges will be made. We also provide pro-rata refunds for partial subscription periods if you're not satisfied with the service and want to have it cancelled immediately if you email us at [email protected].
