General Policy
We understand that circumstances change, and we aim to provide a fair and flexible refund policy. For subscription services, we offer prorated refunds for the unused portion of your subscription period.
Auto-Renewal & Recurring Billing
Premium memberships are recurring subscriptions that automatically renew at the end of each billing period (for example, monthly) at the then-current price, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges. We disclose the price and billing frequency before you complete checkout.
Billing descriptor: Depending on the payment method you choose, the charge on your card or account statement will appear under our payment provider's billing descriptor (for example, a "GankNow" or "Stuffer.ai" descriptor). If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us before disputing it so we can resolve it quickly.
How to cancel: You can cancel auto-renewal at any time. Card and membership subscriptions are processed through our payment provider, GankNow: you can cancel yourself before your next renewal date from the "My Subscriptions" area of your GankNow account dashboard, or email [email protected] with the subject "Cancel Subscription" and we will help. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. Because membership billing is handled by the provider, charges that have already renewed are generally non-refundable under the provider's terms — so please cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. The prorated-refund options below apply to purchases made directly on Stuffer.ai (such as credit packs).
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund for the following reasons:
- Subscription Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription before the end of your billing period and don't want to use your remaining subscription until the end of the current billing period, we'll provide a prorated refund for the unused time.
- Technical Errors: If a significant technical error on our platform prevented you from using the service you paid for, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a billing system error.
- Dissatisfaction: If you're not satisfied with our service within your current billing period.
- Legal Requirements: If required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected]. Please include the following information:
- Your username
- The email address associated with your account
- The date and amount of the transaction
- (Optional) A brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund
- (Optional) Any relevant supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots of errors)
Note: If you directly purchased coins and have already used them on premium AI chat models, only the remaining unused balance will be eligible for refund since we're directly charged by our API provider for the credits you use and they do not offer refunds. If you're requesting a refund for a subscription and used some of the coins that come with the subscription (25% of the subscription amount), those coins will be deducted from the refund amount.
We will acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and, where a refund is approved, issue it within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time (see Auto-Renewal & Recurring Billing above for how to cancel). Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then, and no further charges are made. We also provide pro-rata refunds for partial subscription periods if you are not satisfied and wish to cancel immediately — email us at [email protected].
Policy Violations & Banned Accounts
Refunds are not available for any period during which an account is suspended or banned for violating our Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy. If a premium account is banned for a policy violation, the subscription continues to run and is not refunded, credited, or extended for the duration of the ban. Accounts permanently banned for repeat or serious violations forfeit any remaining subscription time, and the associated subscription is terminated without refund. This provision overrides the prorated-refund and dissatisfaction provisions above.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
