Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 5th June 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs all use of Stuffer.ai (the "Service"), including all images, videos, text, prompts, and uploads created, generated, or submitted through the Service. It applies to every user and forms part of, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to this AUP. We enforce this policy through automated and human moderation, and we may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.
1. Everyone and everything must be 18+
Stuffer.ai is an adults-only Service. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, whichever is greater). Every person depicted in any generated or uploaded sexual content must be, and must be portrayed as, an adult aged 18 or older. Content that sexualizes, or appears to sexualize, a minor is strictly and permanently prohibited (see Section 2).
2. Zero tolerance: child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
We have zero tolerance for any content that depicts, describes, or sexualizes a minor, including any "child-like," "age-regressed," "youthful minor," or similar depiction, whether photorealistic, illustrated, AI-generated, or otherwise. This prohibition is absolute and is enforced by dedicated detection at both the prompt and output stages. Apparent CSAM is blocked, the account is banned, and we cooperate with law enforcement and report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law.
3. No real people without consent — non-consensual & intimate imagery (NCII)
You may not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute sexual or intimate content depicting a real, identifiable person without that person's clear, informed, and verifiable consent. This includes, without limitation:
- "Deepfakes," face-swaps, or likeness-based sexual content of real individuals (including celebrities and public figures);
- Non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn") or any sexual content created from a real person's photo without their consent;
- Content depicting a person who is asleep, unconscious, incapacitated, drugged, or otherwise unable to consent.
If you upload a photograph of a real person, you represent and warrant that you have the rights and the explicit consent of every person depicted, and that every person is 18 or older.
4. No human trafficking or sexual exploitation (FOSTA-SESTA)
Consistent with the Allow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act and the Stop Enabling Sex Traffickers Act (FOSTA-SESTA), the Service may not be used to promote, facilitate, advertise, or depict sex trafficking, the commercial sexual exploitation of any person, coercion, or prostitution. We prohibit content that depicts or promotes trafficking or the exploitation of any non-consenting person, and we report such activity to the appropriate authorities.
5. Other prohibited content
You may not create, upload, or distribute content that:
- Depicts bestiality or sexual content involving animals;
- Depicts real, serious physical harm, mutilation, gore, or sexual violence presented as real;
- Promotes terrorism, hate, or violence against people based on a protected characteristic;
- Infringes the intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights of others;
- Is unlawful in the jurisdictions in which we operate, or that you submit from a jurisdiction where such content is unlawful.
We continually expand the categories screened by our moderation systems. The absence of a category from this list does not imply that it is permitted.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Attempting to bypass, defeat, or probe our moderation, age, or safety systems (including obfuscation, encoding, or "jailbreak" prompts);
- Misrepresenting your age or identity, or sharing access with anyone under 18;
- Automated scraping, abuse, or activity that degrades the Service for others;
- Using the Service for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful purpose.
7. Reporting & enforcement
To report content that violates this policy — including suspected CSAM, non-consensual or deepfake content, or trafficking — please use our Report Content / Trust & Safety page. We review reports promptly, remove violating content, take action on offending accounts, preserve evidence where the law requires, and escalate to law enforcement and NCMEC where appropriate. Violations of this AUP may result in immediate content removal and permanent termination without refund.
8. Changes
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. This statement is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice.
